Embed the Flowti agent chat on your website
In this guide, you will learn how to embed our web chat channel into your website, e-commerce site, or web application.
Prerequisites
- Have a webpage where you will insert the script.
Step 1. Access the connections module in Flowti.
Go to the Flowti Connections module, then click the "Create new connection" button.
Step 2. Selection of the conversational channel.
In the connection creation module, you will see the Web Chat option; select it and click Next.
Step 3. Fill out the form with the basic information.
Upon entering the module, you will see a form where you can specify your channel name, a personalized initial message, the allowed domains where the script will be used, and a color for the floating button and chat interface.
Once you create the conversational channel, you will be able to view the generated script to use on your website.
Copy the script and paste it onto your website; you will see the floating button appear, where users can type and your AI agent can assist them.
