Easily connect your WhatsApp to Flowti

Prerequisites

• Have an active WhatsApp account on a mobile device.

Step 1. Access the connections module in Flowti.

Go to the Flowti Connections module, then click the "Create new connection" button.

Step 2. Selection of the conversational channel.

In the connection creation module, you will see the WhatsApp QR option; select it and click Next.

Step 3. QR Code Scanning.

Upon entering the module, you will see a button to request a QR code.

After clicking the corresponding button, a QR code will appear.

You will need to scan it by opening the WhatsApp app and going to the "Link a device" section.

Once the device is linked, you will be redirected to the connections module, where you will see the connection created with its phone number.
